Here is the story, I’m an owner of a 2 year old persian cat-my cat went into labor and was having dificulty delivering her kittens. We rushed her to the Vca Animal Hospital, and the staff was very unfriendly from the start. Asside from that, the vet did a c-section on my cat…. I was okay with that…They took three kittens out of her, one they said was dead at birth, The second kitten was said to have died shortly after they began tube feeding it. But the third kitten was strong and doing well. When they called the house and said my cat was ready to be picked up they asked me if I wanted to pick up the kitten also or have a staff member take it home and tube feed it. I was a little confused on why they would be tube feeding it in the first place so I asked the receptionist not to let anyone take the kitten home, and that I would think about it and call her right back. When I called back and said I would pick up the kitten also, she had told me that the Office manager had already left to go home with it….This upset me to no end….So I went and I picked up my adult cat and assumed I would go home and pick up the kitten in the morning. The next day I drove all the way to the vet, got there and asked to pick up the kitten, they asked me to wait in one of the rooms, When he finally got around to me he walked in with no kitten-then proceeded to tell me that it had died early this morning…. he had told me that when the lady who was tube feeding the kitten woke up to feed it the kitten was strong and healthy, she then started tube feeding and the kitten got very weak very quickly and began regergitating the formula-then passed away. -In a nutshell this means the lady woke up put the tube down the kittens LUNGS insted of the kittens stomach and began “feeding” the kitten…..meaning she essentally drowned the cat!! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND LOVE YOUR PETS ENOUGH TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

CONS: ITS JUST HORRIBLE BOTTOM LINE!!!!!
